Print Your Label
Generate and print your prepaid shipping label directly from the portal; a flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.
Pack Your Frames
Place your sunglasses in their original protective case and secure them in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receipt.
